• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email us at returns@cpuline.com or call (205) 206 9690 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• Prepare Your Return: Once you receive your RMA number, package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other materials. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
• Ship the Product: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. CPU Line is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned after the 30-day window.
• Non-Refundable Items: Certain products, such as downloadable software or opened consumables (e.g., ink cartridges), are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. CPU Line will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Unless the product is defective or the return is due to a CPU Line error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, CPU Line will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Opened software or downloadable software products.
• Special-order items or customized products.
• Consumables, such as printer ink or batteries, that have been opened.
• Items not purchased directly from CPU Line (e.g., third-party sellers).

8. Warranty Claims
